Product & technology
What is ODO?
ODO is a modular, customisable equipment system for hospitality, food service and events. The base is a table. With a few simple steps and no tools, it becomes a high table, buffet, bar, food counter or service dock. Developed by hospitality professionals for hospitality professionals.
Which heights are available?
The table legs adjust to three height levels: 760 mm (dining table), 900 mm (buffet) and 1,080 mm (high table).
What size is an ODO table?
The frame measures 1,800 × 800 mm, or 800 × 800 mm as a square high table. The base system seats 4 to 6 people. With the two-part Extension-Top, the surface grows to 2.80 × 1.00 m for up to 10 people.
What is ODO made of and how much does it weigh?
The frame and table legs are made of powder-coated aluminium and weigh about 20 kg together. The table top is an HPL-coated chipboard (Eggers), 16–19 mm thick, about 15 kg, recyclable and made from 76 % recycled wood.
Which modules are available?
Side panels, chafing dish inserts, induction hobs, buffet organ riser (ziggurat), Extension-Top, GN insert dock, ODO Move (castors), ODO Carrier (transport) and the ODO Service Dock. All third segments can be combined with each other and with other modules.
How many chafing dishes fit on a food counter?
With the chafing dish inserts, up to 4 chafing dishes in the two outer thirds of the table. The built-in water basins take GN 1/1 gastronorm containers, and the heating sits out of sight under the table.
Do the induction hobs need a high-voltage connection?
No. They run on 230 V without a separate cooker connection and come with automatic shut-off, overheating protection and touch controls.
Use & handling
Who is ODO for?
For caterers, stadiums and arenas, event venues, hotels, event centres and event equipment rental companies. In short, wherever one space is used for changing formats.
Do I need tools to set up or reconfigure ODO?
No. The frame and table legs are joined by hand with 8 wing screws. Side panels attach with magnets, and table tops and modules are simply swapped.
How long do set-up and reconfiguration take?
A fully dismantled table is set up in under a minute. Reconfigurations, for example from dining table to food counter, also take under a minute.
How is ODO transported and stored?
ODO can be dismantled without tools and stored in little space. The ODO Carrier holds up to four ODO systems for safe transport and compact storage.
Can I move tables that are already prepared or laid?
Yes, with ODO Move: discreet castors for the table legs. Complete set-ups can be moved and put in place exactly when they are needed. The castors attach and detach quickly.
Can ODO be used outdoors?
Yes, outdoor use is possible on request. Please get in touch.
