Buffet, food counter, bar: one system
At 900 mm, ODO is a buffet table with a 1,800 × 800 mm surface. Magnetic side panels close it into a 90 cm high cube that hides crates, cables and supplies.
With a different table top, the buffet becomes a food counter: chafing dish inserts for up to 4 chafing dishes fit into the two outer thirds of the top. The recessed water basins take 1/1 gastronorm containers, and the heating sits under the table. Where food is cooked or kept warm, you use induction hobs running on 230 V.
For desserts and finger food, the buffet organ riser (ziggurat riser) presents dishes in tiers. At the table edge, the GN insert dock holds whatever belongs next to the table rather than on it. All third segments can be combined with one another.

Individual buffet tables or one system?
For reception, buffet and service you usually need three pieces of furniture from three systems. With ODO, it is one.

In use
ODO is in use with Supreme Sports Hospitality at the Rudolf-Harbig-Stadion in Dresden, where the ODO system serves as a buffet or a bar depending on the occasion. Since 2025, ODO has also been available to rent in Germany through Profimiet.
